What you are booking

One price, and the crew does the work

Junk removal here means the crew empties the space — you point at what is going and stay out of the lifting. Nothing on this list is an add-on charged afterwards.
  • All the labor — the crew carries everything out, from wherever it is
  • Loading, haul-away and the disposal, recycling or donation fees on the load
  • A sweep of the space the items came out of
  • Fuel, the truck and the crew's time inside your window

A handful of items carry a facility fee the disposal site charges us and we pass straight through — mattresses, refrigerant appliances, televisions and tires. They are shown as separate lines while you build the job, not discovered on the driveway.

Jobs that are hard to size from a list — a full property, a construction tear-out, anything with awkward access — are better quoted than booked blind. Request a quote and we will price the actual job.

Do I have to pay when I book?

No. Booking reserves the crew and the window; you are not charged at that point. Where card details are taken they are held against the job and settled once the work is done and the final scope is agreed with you on site.

What if there is more junk than I put in the form?

Say so on the day. The crew re-walks the job before anything is loaded and confirms the revised scope and price with you, and nothing extra is charged until you have approved it. Booking short does not void the appointment.

Can I change or cancel the appointment?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation, or contact us, and we will move it or cancel it. Doing it as early as you can lets us give the slot to somebody else and keeps your local crew's day full.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Not far. Next-day windows appear in the calendar wherever your local crew still has capacity, and the times you can actually pick are the times that are genuinely free — the calendar shows availability rather than a wish list. Same-day slots are not offered online.

Do I need an account to book?

No. The whole booking runs without one. You get a link to your job that works on its own, and you can create an account later if you would rather keep your bookings, quotes and receipts in one place.

What if you do not cover my ZIP code yet?

The first step checks. If there is no crew in your area yet, the form says so plainly instead of taking a booking nobody can turn up to, and you can leave your details to hear from us when one comes online.
