Junk removal in Arizona

Arizona's two markets are separated by two hours of desert and a very different job mix. Phoenix runs on transitions — seasonal residents closing up, families moving across the Valley, a parent going into care and leaving a full house. Tucson's work is shaped more by what the rules allow: the state's disposal requirements are strict and genuinely enforced, which is why so much of it ends up with a licensed hauler rather than a borrowed trailer and a Saturday.

Heat is the constant. From late spring to early autumn, jobs run at the beginning of the day with more crew, because a garage in the afternoon in July is slower and less safe than the same garage in March. Green waste, metal and electronics leave every load separately, in both cities.

Monsoon season adds a category of its own. Storms bring down palm fronds, fencing and roof debris across both metros in a few hours, and green waste has to leave separately from everything else. We keep capacity through late summer for exactly that, and work through it in the order the calls arrive.
