Where we operate
Markets open to new providers
- TXJunk hauling jobs in Dallas–Fort WorthThe Metroplex is one of the steadiest junk-removal markets in the country — corporate churn in Dallas, new builds on the Fort Worth side, and more apartments turning over every week than most cities see in a quarter..See the work in Dallas–Fort Worth

The model
How a job reaches you
A customer books with Junk Koala — online or by phone — and pays up front. The job is scheduled, priced and confirmed before any crew ever hears of it. When it sits within 50 miles of your base, it appears in your app with the pay on the front of the card.
You claim it, or you leave it. If you claim it, you turn up inside the arrival window, load the job, take the before and after photos, and dispose of the load lawfully. Your pay moves to your earnings when the job completes; the customer never negotiates with you, and you never chase a payment.
It is not a lead. Nobody else is bidding on it, you are not quoting the customer, and you are not paying for the introduction — it is a job that has already been sold, with your portion of the price stated on it.
- Sold, priced and scheduled before it reaches you
- The pay on the card, before you accept
- No lead fees, no bidding, no exclusivity
- Your own schedule and your own radius

Straight answers
The questions haulers ask first
- Do I pay for leads?
- No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no charge per lead. Junk Koala earns from the difference between what the customer pays and what the job pays you, and that number is on the job before you accept it.
- Can I choose which jobs I take?
- Yes. Open jobs within 50 miles of your base appear in your app with the pay on them, and you claim the ones you want. Nothing is assigned to you without agreement.
- Are jobs guaranteed?
- No, and any company promising guaranteed work is not being straight with you. How much work you see depends on your market, your radius and what you can take on. What Junk Koala does is put the jobs it has already sold in front of you, with the pay attached.
- Do I need a truck?
- Yes — you provide the vehicle and equipment. A pickup sees single items and small loads; a box truck sees full cleanouts. The job details say what the job is before you commit.
- How do I get paid?
- The amount on the job card is what you are paid once the job is completed with its photos and the customer's payment has cleared, via the Stripe payout account you set up at onboarding. Stripe collects the tax details; Junk Koala never holds them.
- Can I work part-time, or run my own customers as well?
- Both. There is no exclusivity and no minimum — you are an independent business, and many haulers claim jobs around another business or a schedule. You choose every job you take.
