Junk removal in Las Vegas, because the city will not take it

Bulk collection here barely exists, so anything larger than a bin is a private job by default. Summerlin and Henderson garages, rental turnovers across the valley, and the furniture left behind when somebody leaves in a hurry.

On the ground

What is different about working in Las Vegas

There is effectively no municipal bulk collection here, so anything larger than a bin is a private job by default — which is why so much of this is furniture that has been sitting in a garage for a year waiting for a plan. Gated communities set their own access windows, and we book those rather than argue at the gate.

Metal and appliances go to a scrap processor; the household remainder goes to a licensed transfer station, and nothing is left in an alley.

Areas are drawn by ZIP code rather than city limits, so a neighbouring suburb is often inside one and an outlying address sometimes is not.

Pricing

What moves the price in Las Vegas

With no municipal bulk collection, everything here is a private haul, and the price reflects distance to a licensed site more than anything else. Gated community access windows can add time to an otherwise simple job.

Starting prices run $119 to $699 by load size — how much of the truck the job fills — in most markets. The minimum job in Las Vegas is $129. The real number is confirmed with you before anything is loaded. How pricing works.

Up to $20 off when you book online — no code needed. It comes off any job priced above your market’s minimum charge; the exact amount is shown before you pay.

Isn't there a city bulk pickup I could use instead?

In most of the valley, effectively no — which is why private hauling is the default here and why so much of the work is furniture that has sat in a garage waiting for a plan. A licensed hauler gives you a ticket and a destination for the load, which is the whole answer in a state that traces illegal dumping back to whoever left it.

Our neighbourhood is gated with strict access rules.

Normal here, and handled before the truck moves. The community's access window is booked when the job is scheduled, so the crew arrives inside it — the gate never becomes the reason a job ran late.

Do you work through the summer heat?

Yes, on a shifted clock: jobs run at the start of the day with more crew from May to September, because a Las Vegas garage at four in the afternoon in July is slower and less safe than the same garage in February. Sealed appliances go to a licensed recycler either way.
