South Carolina's two markets could hardly be more different to work in. Downtown Charleston has streets a box truck cannot turn on and houses where the staircase is the most valuable thing in the building, so the work there is careful and slow and often carried further than you would think. Greenville is the opposite: half the Upstate is either being built or being renovated, and both make more waste than the finished thing suggests.
